MIDDLEMAN (UK)
www.myspace.com/middlemanpop
short bio:
Think Bloc Party meets The Prodigy with Mike Skinner-esque vocals and your moving in the direction of the speeding bullet that is 'Middleman'...
With the BBC already playing this lot and their recent appraisals from Huw Stephens and Zane Lowe, people are beginning to take notice of these cheeky chappies.
Their 'Live' shows are something of a rock rave experiment with more energy than a glucose factory and they have recently been featured on a channel 4 music show.
Ones to watch indeed. Keep an eye on the website for album release and touring updates.

12 DIRTY BULLETS (UK)
www.myspace.com/12dirtybullets
short bio:
The London posse are calling and with their debut album ready to drop this May, things look bright for these young brit pop rockers.
Already being flagged by NME magazine the debut album which was recorded in Chappel studios with Producer Hugh Jones (echo & the bunnymen) is set to raise not just eyebrows but most likely the tone of teenage girls voices. Honest storyline lyrics and agile riffs makes for an interesting first installment from the west enders and we predict a serious future ahead of them.
Keep an eye on their webpage for latest album updates and tour dates.

SKUZZIPORT (EIRE)
www.myspace.com/skuzziportmusic
short bio:
Conspiracy theories, soundwaves, organised vibrations, something of a sub atomic bassboom are all connected to what has formed many guises and shapes over the years to what is now 'Skuzziport'.
An electronic rock anthem band that have been rocking festivals and underground warehouse parties around the country since 2006, skuzziport consist of 4 like-minded individuals trying to convey the same message. That message is contained within their debut 4 track EP which is due out this May on Plug.
If aphex twin, the prodigy, drum and bass vibes meets electro rock is your cup of tea well then don't even ask for sugar, this baby is sweet enough!

OEMPEROR (EIRE)
www.myspace.com/oemperorofficial
short bio:
With a rare sound and somewhat of a gentler tone than the rest of the Plug roster, Oemperor are turning heads wherever they go these days. A folk rock outfit with quirky melodies and clever lyrics that have caught our attention lately. New to the label and currently putting plans together for an album release theres no stopping the Oemperor from conquering foreign landscapes with their infectious vibes and rythms. Fleet Foxes meets David Bowie might sound a little crazy....crazy enough to work we think!
