It's perhaps more interesting however that rather than the Scots populate Ulster, it was actually the Irishmen (slightly anachronistic since Ireland didn't exist then as a state but you know what i mean) from Ulster 'Scoti' tribe that populated Scotland, giving it its name after they settled and intermixed with the Picts.

i knew this, and to hear jinx say it made me feel like a genius. fuck all y'all morons

Current mood:
just read your reply there jinx
Very good

found it funny how you agreed partially with every point i made
then at the end said "bigns the only 1 making cohersive points for what i stand against"
not looking for a reply on that

i still dont understand why this is in the hiphop area
i think keyo should make a political/social/cultural section
so people can get race issues or watever off their chest without wrecking hiphop heads... heads

ah here the reason fro this thread was the lines some ignorant people were using in their tracks....eg sin city about immgrants. and as a person who was a immigrant i had to question and defend myself. when you say immigrants you have touched a lot of people and you didnt exclude those who work hard or anything. i mean to chubby gummy pink bear bums immigrants are a social problem.

rediculous and should be denounced in every way.

In the past 7 years immigrants have contributed 32% of the economy and there is 9.2 billion of cash in their hands in this economy( remmber this includes the chinesse products and all.)

have a guess how much money the Irish sent home from the U.K. and U.S. over the last 100 years..

estimated number of illegal irish immigrants in U.S.A. - 50,000

just a thought.

sure back when the rehab lottery started out (30's maybe, not sure) the majority of irish people would send money home to get family to buy tickets, there was literally millions of dollars pouring out of america!

Re: Immigration and irishhiphop

and it seems austarlia is the new america ....redzer if your sis moved to australia. and you got stuck for money here what would she do even she had spare money from the welfare. seriously this is reasonable enuff ....and if they work well its their hard earned money. just like a dude on the dow who uses it for drugs. As for criminals in prison dude are you like a nutjob? I mean we could both be in jail easpecially if you attack me at agig and i end up in the penn. thats not cause i am a immigrant. i did wrong. come now think this thru redzer you can wise up.

I'm not entirely sure but in the North immigrants aren't entitled to welfare....

Oh and in temrs of money being taken out of the country i'm sure its pennies compared to how much American / multinational industry takes out. You don't really think all the money that IBM (for an example, i just realised i have a go at them far too often) makes goes back into th eIrish economy do you? Just the relative pennies it pays its workers

N, whilst we may partially agre on points / history, our outlook in terms of immigration and economics are still vastly different, thats what i stand against.

nah immigrants in ireland are not entitled to we;lfare too. unless you pay tax or are on a visa that allows to work. otherwise refugeees are paid by global fund redzer thats why they get a refugee [assport to travel anywhere in the world.!

oh lawd have mercy
american multi nationals pay the wages of thousands and thousands of people here
that comparison is way off mayne
but anyway i agreed with redzer earlier but this welfare angle dont fly with me
i mean atleast if they on welfare...... then they aren't taken our jaobs are they
i dont like to talk about people on welfare cause i dont know their situation but
im sure they dont come all the way to the land of opprtunity just so they can draw the dole

i will always support
