That's not my area of expertise. Sure you could just ask Sole on Twitter.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Here's an idea a topic that's actually about Irish hip hop. I'm curious what's coming out in the next few months and what people are looking forward to. There are lots of heads in Limerick working on stuff at the moment; Same D4ence, Dred, Bubba Jay, Hazey Haze and Chase Dominic. Haven't heard much from most of them bar shakey FB video freestyles but Deviant and mynameisJohn predict big tingsby Molloy - h2 discussion
Rapping is still cool and there's loads going on just not on bulletin boards, guest books, irc or cabbage scratches.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Most of them are up now. Have to say the Irish lads did us proud on the day and I'm even more impressed looking back at the footage. Didn't expect us to have wins or debatable wins across the board. I'm hoping we've another event next year at least. Think everybody had a good time even if the audience numbers were a tiny bit low on account of the match.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Pretty pleased with the lineup. The quality of the rapping and delivery at DFI last year were really good, keeping pace with the standard in the UK but the matchups weren't particularly exciting. Looks like this event is going to have the best of both worlds.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Nice work. I'm enjoying the mix. I'll plug any stuff on the IHH.com Facebook and Twitter as they go up.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Vox are unclear. Content sounds a bit silly. Can't stop me now it's my moment I'm the best fuck the hater music needs to sound cooler than this.by Molloy - audio
Track is cool. Beat is sort of Boards of Canada-ish. Raps are a bit hard to make out though a marginally less I'm trying to sound like I'm not bothered delivery and better mix might help. The video is even less interesting than Dynamics one a few weeks ago. Lose that shit it only makes the music sound shit. It's the visual equivalent of using a Tracy Chapman fast car soundclick beat and inbuiby Molloy - h2 discussion
I wasn't able to go. These lads never put on a bad show.by Molloy - h2 discussion
This is a really strong album. It's nice to hear Costello over such varied production. New GI is wonderful as well. Mix is a bit rough but the rhyming is quality.by Molloy - h2 discussion
We still did a list the last few years. Saw Jee and Rob post theirs on Facebook so I went to the bother of doing one. Step Brothers (Starlito & Don Trip) - Caesar & Brutus Johnny Cinco - Wrong Niggas Young Thug - Danny Glover Future - Chosen One Kevin Gates - Hero Juicy J - Stop It Louis V Mob (Master P, Fat Trel, Alley Boy) - Dope Case Fat Trel - Goinby Molloy - h2 discussion
I liked how you specify this is an official video because when you've got a bunch of fans making their own it's a important distinction.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Woah.. wasn't expecting that. Some funny punchlines in there.by Molloy - audio
Vox are too loud. Accent and cadence sound a bit americanised in places. Can't say shiiiiiiide instead of shhhhhit or shite . Otherwise respectable enough.by Molloy - audio
Tracks still pretty good. Video is boring and doesn't add anything to it though. Gotta come up with something more stimulating than a few grey walls and sitting on a couch if you're going to grab peoples attention. Bit more eye contact and less gesticulating as well.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Did you not built some other site in Tripod web builder like a year ago? Websites/blogging are done. People don't read anymore. They're just on Facebook posting "U OK Hun? xx" at each other, watching Youtube and Netflix or whatever.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Agree with the smidge of cringe. It's not all the time just places. Also forced some stuff to rhyme in the 1st verses that didn't rhyme very well. Otherwise cool enough.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Agree with you on the feature heaviness on Doris. Kind of want to no weed carrier edition. The Doom verse is the best thing he's done in ages. Think he's going back to the Viktor Vaughan schemes which are a bit less crowded than the recent tracks.by Molloy - h2 discussion
His flow isn't sounding as mechanical as it has for the last few years. But the beat is horrible and he's still doing the nasal shouting shit which makes my head hurt.by Molloy - h2 discussion
I like this track. I'm not a fan of indie/rock mixed with rap generally speaking but the new stuff sounds close enough to beats to not to grate. Accent and delivery are dope.by Molloy - h2 discussion
I got bored of this subject after the 1st day cos I have too many rap friends on Facebook and every second post was about it. Decent verse but nothing spectacular. There are plenty of current day rappers I rate a fair bit higher.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Sounds a bit like Gibbs. Nice beat. I'll give this tape a lash.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Sounding good. Videos nicely shot as well.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Boasting about having youtube views in a tune, when you've bought the views is fucking hilarious.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Shit was massive. Mildly disappointed with the turnout (4 festivals on that weekend so what can you do) but the performances were incredible. Agree on the God Knows praise. His writings improving a lot as well has bars to match the energy. His and mynameisjohns new material is going to be a problem bwoy. Flying Buttresses have some heaters as well.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Never been able to get into this guy. Seems to just jack the most obvious shit ever. What's he bringing to the table? Nothing exciting.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Might be a bit on Radio 1 tonight about it between 7 and 8pm on Arena.by Molloy - h2 discussion
Nice shot with the paper plane. Enjoyed this third time watching it today.by Molloy - h2 discussion
